Troubleshooting

Common Issues

Page Not Listed

If your Facebook Page doesn't appear in the selection list:

  • Make sure you're logged in with the Facebook account that has admin access to the page
  • Verify that the page is a Business Page, not a personal profile
  • Check if you have the necessary admin permissions for the page

Permissions Error

If you encounter permissions-related errors:

  • Ensure you've granted all requested permissions
  • Try reconnecting and carefully review the permission requests
  • Check your Facebook app settings to make sure permissions are correctly configured

Connection Shows "Error" Status

If your connection shows an error status:

  • Check the error message for specific details
  • Ensure your Facebook Page is active and has Messenger enabled
  • Verify that the Facebook Page hasn't been restricted or disabled
  • Try refreshing the connection using the "Refresh" button

Next Steps

Now that you've connected your Facebook Messenger, you can start receiving and replying to customer messages directly within AchieveApex. Here are some next steps:

  • Test the connection by sending a message to your Facebook Page
  • Set up automated responses for common inquiries
  • Assign team members to handle Facebook Messenger conversations
  • Create response templates to quickly answer frequent questions
