Deals in AchieveApex represent your sales opportunities. They allow you to track potential sales from initial contact through to closing. Each deal can be associated with a contact or company, assigned a monetary value, and moved through the stages of your sales process.
Effectively managing deals helps your team visualize your sales pipeline, prioritize high-value opportunities, and ensure that no potential sale falls through the cracks.

Deal Management
Deal management in AchieveApex encompasses the entire lifecycle of a sales opportunity, from creation to closing. This section covers the basics of deal management.
Deal Properties
Each deal in AchieveApex includes the following core properties:
- Name: The title of the deal (e.g., "Annual Subscription - Acme Corp")
- Amount: The monetary value of the deal
- Currency: The currency of the deal amount
- Pipeline: The sales pipeline the deal belongs to
- Stage: The current stage of the deal within the pipeline
- Status: The deal's status (e.g., open, won, lost)
- Contact: The primary contact associated with the deal
- Company: The company associated with the deal
- Owner: The team member responsible for the deal
- Products: Products or services included in the deal
Creating a New Deal
You can create new deals in several ways in AchieveApex:
- From the Deals page: Click the "Add Deal" button
- From a Pipeline view: Click the "Add Deal" button within a pipeline stage
- From a Contact page: Add a deal directly from a contact's details page
- From a Company page: Add a deal directly from a company's details page
When creating a deal, you'll need to provide basic information like:
- Deal name
- Associated contact and/or company
- Pipeline and stage
- Deal value (optional at creation, can be added later)
Viewing Deals
AchieveApex offers multiple ways to view and manage your deals:
- Pipeline View: A Kanban-style board showing deals organized by stages
- List View: A table view of all deals with sortable columns
- Deal Details: A comprehensive view of a single deal with all associated information
Moving Deals Through Stages
As your sales process progresses, you'll want to move deals through the pipeline stages:
- In Pipeline View, simply drag and drop deals between stages
- In Deal Details, use the stage selector to move a deal to a different stage
- Update multiple deals at once using bulk actions in List View
Deal Activities
Activities are a crucial part of deal management, allowing you to track all interactions related to a deal:
- Log calls, meetings, and emails related to the deal
- Set tasks and follow-ups to keep the sales process moving

Winning and Losing Deals
